摘要 为降低三相异步电动机的振动和噪声,新型铸铝假轴采用锥面配合、胀套式结构,即采用锥度芯轴与锥度套配合,胀紧铸铝转子内径,转子铁心装压胀套撑紧铁心过盈量确定在0. 04mm^0. 08mm。通过在2极电机实际生产中的应用,胀套铸铝轴生产的铸铝转子,内外径整齐度好,其内孔尺寸几乎达到转子冲片内径尺寸,完全可以满足轴孔尺寸精度的要求。改进后的铸铝轴在实际应用中提高生产效率和产品质量。 To reduce the vibration and noise from the three-phase induction motor, the taper surface mating expanding-sleeve construction is used for the new imitated shaft for cast aluminium rotor,i.e. the taper core shaft and taper sleeve are matched,through expanding the inner diameter of cast aluminium rotor, the rotor core is expanded and sleeved onto the shaft, and the magnitude of interference is determined at 0.04 to 0.08 mm. Through the application of 2-pole motor to the production, for the cast aluminium rotor by expanding sleeve of cast aluminium shaft,the inner and outer diameters are regular,and the inner diameter is approximating that of the punched laminates of rotor. Therefore it can meet the requirements of the dimension precise of shaft hole. The improved cast aluminium shaft can improve the production efficiency and product quality.
