城市滨水区的“灰色”畅想

Grey Theory of the Waterfront Area in the City

该文对城市滨水用地用“灰色”概念进行描述。分析了城市滨水土地的人地矛盾,提出了修复滨水区灰色域的三项原则,总结出既尊重城市经济与社会利益,又减少对自然生态系统胁迫的土地利用的5点意见。

In this article, the land used for city waterfront is described with the 'Grey' concept. And the contradictions between the human and land on waterfront are analysed. Then three principles of repairing the waterfront gray area are proposed?Finally, five viewpoints of land use which not only respect urban economy and social interests but also reduce stress of the natural ecosystem are summarized.
