摘要 根据来源,抗植物虫害的基因可分为三类:即从微生物苏云金杆菌分离出的苏云金杆菌杀虫结晶蛋白基因(bt基因)、从植物中分离出的昆虫蛋白酶抑制剂基因和植物凝集素基因(lectingene)。三类抗植物虫害的基因具有不同的作用原理、类型、抗虫谱。抗虫基因工程发展十分迅速,抗虫棉的推广应用使抗虫基因工程进入到产业化阶段。将多个抗虫基因联合一同导入同一植物,可拓宽转基因植物抗虫谱,且能延缓害虫的耐药性。 According to resources, plant insecticidal genes could be divided into three classes: bt genes, protein inhibitor genes and lectin genes. Different kinds of insecticidal genes act variously, and have specific insecticidal spectrum. Insecticidal genetic engineering develops rapidly. The applications transgenic insecticidal cotton comes to large-scale commercial productive stage. Multiple insecticidal genes were transformed to the same plant could widen the insects resistance spectrum and defer the pests' durability to the insecticidal agents.
