摘要
利用ARM系列微处理器和多片DSP芯片,设计了针对微惯性测量组合(MIMU)的微型数据采集处理系统。系统主要由CPU模块、运算模块、A/D采样模块、输入/输出模块组成。由于运算模块和A/D采样模块的故障率较高,设计为三模冗余结构。介绍了系统的模块通信与同步技术,故障检测方法等。实验结果证明该设计不仅保证了MIMU在数据采集处理方面的诸多性能指标,而且提高了系统的可靠性,实现了整个系统的微型化。
A new kind of redundancy data-sampling processing system was designed creatively for Micro-inertial Measurement Unit(MIMU).The module of CPU,the module computation,the module of Analog/Digital Converter and the technique of module communication & synchronization were discussed.Because of the high fault ratios of the module of computation and the module of the Analog/Digital Converter,they were designed as Triple-Modular Redundancy architecture.At the same time,the strategy of fault detection and system reconstruction was presented.The experimentation results show that the design can not only meet the requirements of MIMU data-sampling processing system,but also assure high reliability.
