我国传统的加工贸易在我国的外贸出口中一直占有重要地位。但是，自从亚洲金融危机以来，加工贸易逐渐低迷，并暴露出了一些弊端，尤其是加工贸易延缓了我国产业结构的调整与升级。我国的企业应利用入世的有利的时机，变被动为主动，实行“走出去”战略，积极开展境外加工贸易，完善传统的加工贸易，发展我国已经形成的优势产业，带动产业升级，这样才能加强我国产业的国际竞争力，在竞争中处于不败之地。

The traditional improvement trade in China has been playing an important role in the export of foreign trade. But it was stalled by the economic crisis and also shows some malady, and especially it delays the adjustment and promotion of industrial structure in our country. So the enterprises should make advantage of the opportune time when China has been in WTO, should regain the initiative, should "carry out improvement trade out of the boundaries of China positively, should implement the strategy "Go Abroad", should perfect the traditional improvement trade, should develop and upgrade the advantageous existing industries. In this way, our industries will be more and more powerful and will put themselves in an invincible position in the international competition.
