摘要 目的 研究β-磷酸三钙(β-TCP)多孔支架材料在生物体内的骨转化现象。方法 采用^(45)Ca同位素标记β-TCP多孔陶瓷材料,研究材料植入后的降解产物Ca^(2+)在体内的分布情况。结果 材料降解产生的Ca^(2+)随血循环到达软组织后不发生积累;而在股骨近端、尺骨干、颅骨中可被机体重新利用。结论 材料参与了全身骨组织的钙化并被储存于钙库中。 Objective To study the bone transformation phenomenon of porous β-tricalcium phosphate (β -TCP) ceramic material in vivo. Methods To discuss the distribution of Ca^(2+) ion degraded from ^(45)Ca-labeld β-TCP porous ceramic in vivo through ^(45)Ca labeling technique. Results The accumulation of Ca^(2+) ion from the ceramic did not occurred in soft tissue, but occurred in the near end of femur, elbow-bone and skull. Conclusion It is explained that the Ca^(2+) ion degraded from β-TCP porous ceramic can be utilized by organism and take part in calcification of bone tissue and store in the calcium storeroom.
