The nursing for artificial liver supporting systems on patients with fatal hepatitis

目的探讨人工肝支持系统(ALSS)治疗重型肝炎的护理问题和护理措施。方法应用人工肝支持系统(WLXGX-888)对23例重型病毒性肝炎进行了52例次的治疗。总结出所存在的护理问题和护理措施。结果人工肝支持系统是治疗重型肝炎的有效方法,但术前病人对此项新技术不了解而产生恐惧心理,术中出现过敏反应、低血压等护理问题。结论人工肝支持系统治疗重型肝炎成功的关键是熟练掌握操作技能并做好术前心理护理、术中密切观察患者。

Objective Make an inquiry into the nursing problems and nursing methods of artificial liver supporting systems (ALSS) treatment of fatal hepatitis. Methods Use ALSS (WLXGX-888) to concluct 52 times of treatment on 23 fatal viral hepatitis cases. Nursing problems and nursing methods were summarized. Results ALSS is an efficient method for fatal hepatitis, but before the openration, psychological fear is devel- oped because of lacking understanding of the new technology and during the operation some nursing problems can be found, such as allergy minimum pressuee and hypocalciunria. Conclusion The key that the ALSS is completed successfully is that nurses can operate skillfully, nurse the patient psychologically before the opera- tion and observe the patient carefully during the operation.
