摘要 红外热成像技术是国家安全依赖的主要探测技术手段,已在卫星、导弹、飞机等军事领域获得了广泛的应用。同时随着非致冷红外成像技术的发展,尤其是制造成本大幅度的降低,其在工业、医疗、民用方面的应用也日渐增多。本文介绍了红外焦平面阵列的原理、结构及其分类,着重分析了读出电路的各种性能,并对国内外研制以及生产情况进行了比较。 Infrared thermal imaging technology is main detection method for country security, which has been widely applied in satellite, missile, fighter plane and so on. At one time, the uncooled infrared image technology is applied in industry, medical treatment and others more and more with the development of technology and the deep decrease of production cost especially. The theory. structure and sort of infrared focus plane array are described in this paper in wich the emphasises are analyzing all kinds of characteristics of read-out circuit and comparing world-wide research and production works .
