摘要
该文从数量和质量的双重角度论述了江苏省耕地资源的现状,分析了江苏省耕地数量减少的主要原因及对农业生产造成的不利影响,研究了江苏省耕地资源开发利用的潜力,提出了加强土地法制建设,严格控制建设占用耕地。
This paper expounds from the durable angles of quantity and quality, the status of arable land resources in Jiangsu Province; analyzes the major reasons for the quantity reduce of arable land and the unfavorable influence brought to agriculture production; studies on the potential of developing and utilizing arable land resources in Jiangsu Province; raises several counter measures for sustainable utilization of arable land, such as reinforcing establishment of land law, strictly controlling construction by occupying arable land, vigorously developing spare resources of arable land.
