A Study on the analysis Model of Environmental Policy Issues

本文提出一种将环境政策问题分析建立为一种博弈模型的数理方法,把对环境污染管理看作是企业对政府相应政策的博弈,从而可以帮助决策制定者有效处理环境问题。模型通过鼓励污染处理或者就地污染最小化,达到对企业行为的理性控制。

This paper presents a Mathematic approach for modeling the environmental problem as a game. In order to assistant the decision-maker dealing with the environment problems effectively, the enterprises are treated as the game players when they face to the government's environment policy. Through the encouragement of waste treatment or minimization on-site, the government controls the firm's pollution behavior rationally.
