摘要
目的:以牙合架设定值为标准,研究采用ARCUSdigma下颌运动轨迹记录仪获取牙合架参数误差的大小。方法:将ARCUSdigma记录仪的测量装置固定在牙合架上,测量牙合架模拟下颌运动的参数。调整牙合架前伸髁导,从-30°到60°,每次间隔15°;Bennett角分别设定为4°、10°、20°、30°;前伸切导从0°到80°,间隔10°。每次调整设定值后测量5次,分析测量值和设定值间的误差。结果:前伸髁导测量值与设定值之差为-2.9°~2.4°,前伸切导的在-2.9°~2.9°,差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。Bennett角测量值均较设定值小,差值为-4.1°~-0.3°,有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用ARCUSdigma下颌运动轨迹记录仪获取牙合架参数精确度高,有利于提高修复体咬合质量。
Objective: This study aimed to estimate the accuracy of articulato r parameters measured by the ARCUS digma system compared with preset values on a rticulator. Methods: The head frame was attached to the upper arm of the articul ator. The bite plate-transmitter assembly was mounted to the bottom part. The co ndylar settings of the articulator varied from -30 to 60 degrees in steps of 15 degrees. Likewise, the incisal guide settings varied from 0 to 80 degrees in st eps of 10 degrees. The Bennett angles were set at 4, 10, 20, 30 degrees respecti vely. The deviations between the preset values and those measured by the system were determined. Results: The errors of the condylar inclinations measured by th e system varied between -2.9~2.4 degrees, and those of the incisal guide angle w ere-2.9~2.9 degrees. There were no significant differences between the means and preset values (P>0.05). While the measured Bennett angles were mostly smaller t han preset values, the errors were -4.1^-0.3. There were significant difference between the means and preset values (P<0.01). Conclusions: With articulator para meters acquired by the ARCUS digma system, we can adopt the values of the condyl ar inclinations or the incisal guide angles for articulator adjustment. As to th e measured Bennett angle, it should be modulated.
