预成根管钉铸造桩修复后的牙根抗折力实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:比较相同条件下前后牙铸造桩核和预成根管钉修复后牙根的抗折力。方法:在离体牙根上用铸造桩核或预成根管钉修复后,通过电子万能材料试验机测定载荷抗压强度。结果:前牙预成根管钉和铸造桩核修复二组间抗压强度差异有显著性差异(P<0.05);后牙预成根管钉和铸造桩核修复二组间抗压强度差异无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:前牙铸造桩核修复后的牙根比预成根管钉修复后的牙根具有更大抗折力;后牙二种修复后抗折力相同。 Objective: To compare the fracture resistances between of anterio r or posterior teeth reconstructed restored with canal pins and those with caste d and post cores under the same conditions. Methods: Compressive strength of rec onstructed restored teeth in vitro with canal pins or post and cores were tested by an electronic material test machine. Results: The compressive strength of an terior roots with post and cores were larger higher than those with canal pins(P <0.05).But there was not significant difference between posterior roots with pos t and cores and those with canal pins(P>0.05). Conclusions: Anterior roots with post and cores were stronger than those with canal pins, and there was not diff erent compressive strength between post cores and canal pins in the posterior ro ots.
