临时冠在二次排龈法中的应用

Appoication of temporary crown in secondary gingival retraction

目的:研究临时冠在二次排龈法中的应用。方法:对267例冠桥修复患者421颗牙齿使用二次排龈法制取印模,常规牙体预备之后,采用随机分配法确定制作松风SWIFT—TEMP临时冠桥的基牙,再用临时冠桥辅助第二次排龈、制取印模,最后观察基牙颈部排龈效果。结果:221颗牙齿在二次排龈法中应用临时冠桥,199颗牙齿达满意标准,22颗牙齿未达满意标准,有效率达到90.05%;200颗牙齿在二次排龈法中未应用临时冠桥辅助排龈,156颗牙齿达满意标准,44颗牙齿未达满意标准,有效率达到78.00%。结论:在二次排龈法中,牙体预备后先应用临时冠桥辅助第二次排龈,可获得明显的牙龈退缩效果,优于传统的二次排龈法,值得在临床上推广和使用。

Objective: To study the application of SongFeng SWIFT-TEMP tempora ry crown in secondary gingival retraction. Methods: Make impression after second ary gingival retraction in 421 teeth of 267 patients who need crown restoration. Prepare dental commonly, make SongFeng SWIFT-TEMP crown and bridge first and us e it to aid the secondary gingival retraction, take impression in sequence. The effect of gingival retraction of abutment cervix were observed. Results: The gi ngival retraction effect of 199 teeth were satisfied in 221 teeth,22 were not. T he effective rate was 90.05%.While there are 156 teeth were satisfied in 200 tee th which were not use SongFeng SWIFT-TEMP crown and bridge to aid the secondary gingival retraction,44 were not. The effective rate was 78.00%. Conclusions: Us e SongFeng SWIFT-TEMP crown and bridge to aid the secondary gingival retraction can obtain pronounce gingival recession effect.
