摘要
目的:分析可摘局部义齿腭部基托形态对发音的影响。方法:30例年轻志愿实验者分别戴入上颌光滑基托和有腭皱基托,应用计算机语音分析系统(CSL)测量发/d/、/t/、/l/后第一、第二共振峰值。结果:发/d/音,两组基托的第一、第二共振峰差异均有显著性。发/l/音,两组间在第二共振峰差异有显著性。结论:腭皱作为一种有助于舌腭音发音的解剖定位标志,在义齿修复时理应考虑恢复。
Objective: To analyse the influences on phonetics by different mor phology of removable denture bases. Methods : The first and second formants (F 1?F2) of 30 young volunteers wearing denture with smooth surface and palatal rug ae denture base respectively, were recorded by the computer when they said /d/? /t/?/l/. Results: For /d/, both groups showed significant difference in F1 & F2 , while for /l/, significant difference was found only in F2. Conclusion: Palat al rugae should be restored on denture base as an anatomical location.
