HPLC Determination of Cyanidin Chloride in Difaming Tablets

目的:建立递法明片中氯化花青素的含量测定方法。方法:样品经盐酸甲醇(3→10)溶液回流水解,采用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱:Alltima C_(18)柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:5mmol·L^(-1)庚烷磺酸钠-乙腈-冰醋酸(73∶27∶1.5);流速:1.0mL·min^(-1);柱温:40℃;检测波长:530nm。结果:低、中、高3个加入量的回收率(n=3)分别为100.3%,101.2%,99.7%;RSD 分别为1.7%,2.3%,2.4%。结论:该法专属性强,灵敏准确,重复性好,可做为递法明片质量控制方法。

Objective:To establish an RP-HPLC method for the quantitative determination of cyanidin chloride in Difaming tablets.Method:The aglycon forms of the anthocyanins present in the samples were revealed by acid hy- drolysis,HPLC method and Alltima C_(18) column(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)were used,the mobile phase was 5 mmol·L^(-1)heptanesulfonate acid sodium salt-acetonitrile-glacial acetic acid(73:27:1.5),at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^(-1),the detection wavelength was 530 nm.Results:The recoveries of the three concentration were 100.3%,101.2%,99.7%,respectively;RSD were 1.7%,2.3%,2.4%.Conclusion:The method is specific,sen- sitive,accurate,precise and suitable for the determination of cyanidin chloride in Difaming tablets.
