摘要
目的:建立输液用蛋黄磷脂中溶血性组分 LPC,LPE 的薄层色谱分析方法。方法:选择并优化展开剂,对溶血性组分LPC,LPE 进行定性、定量分析。结果:展开剂为氯仿-无水乙醇-三乙胺-水(10∶10∶5∶3)时,分离效果良好,得到7个磷脂组分的定性结果。LPC 在0.25-2.5μg线性度较好,r=0.9901,LPE 的质量情况得到分析。结论:本法简便,快速,可作为静脉输液用磷脂质量监控的有效方法。
Objective:A TLC method has been developed to analyze hemolytic components lysophosphatidyl choline (LPC)and lysophosphatidyl ethanolamine(LPE)in egg yolk phospholipids used for transfusion.Methods:Selected and optimized mobile phase.LPC and LPE in phospholipids were identified by TLC,and LPC was determined by TLC-scanning.Results:The best mobile phase was chloroform-ethanol-triethylamine-water(10:10:5:3). Seven components in egg yolk phospholipids were separated by TLC.The linear concentration range of LPC by TLC was 0.25-2.5 μg with a correlation coefficient of 0.9901.Conclusion:This method is accurate,simple,and can be used for the quality control of egg yolk phospholipids.
