RP-HPLC法测定六味地黄丸中没食子酸的含量

RP-HPLC Determination of Gallic Acid in Liuwei Dihuang Pills

目的:建立 RP-HPLC 法测定六味地黄丸中没食子酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:日本岛津 GL Sciences Inc.C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.1%醋酸水溶液(30∶70),流速:1mL·min^(-1),检测波长为273nm。结果:没食子酸在4-40μg·mL^(-1)范围内,峰面积积分值与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995);平均回收率为99.5%,RSD 为2.1%。结论:该法准确、快速、灵敏,重复性好。

Objective:To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of Liuwei Dihuang pills.Method: GL Sciences Inc.C_(18)column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)was used with the mobile phase being methanol and 0.1% acetic acid-water(30:70),flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1),detecting wavelength was 273 nm.Results:The linear response range from 4-40 μg·mL^(-1) of gallic acid(r=0.9995,n=5); The average recovery(n=5)of gallic acid was 99.5%,RSD was 2.1%.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,quick and with good reproducibility.
