职业教育作为一种教育类型，和普通教育处在同等地位，作为一种与经济社会联系最为紧密的教育，在经济社会发展中处在优先发展的地位，作为一种决定人的职业并与人相伴终生的教育，在个人发展处于重要地位；其地位的落实，受到社会观念、经费、教育质量、运行机制等因素制约。

Vocational education,as a type of education,is equal to general education;as a type of education connecting closely with the economic society,is prior in the development of economic society;as a type of education deciding a person’s profession,plays an important part in a person’s development.Its implementation is restrained by social ideas, expenditure,teaching quality,enforcement systems and so on.
