摘要
ISO91000族标准是由ISO/TC176(质量管理和质量保证委员会)制定的所有国际标准。高等学校引入ISO9000族标准可以提高教育质量、维护教育消费者的合法权益、有利于参与国际竞争,并与国际接轨。ISO9000 族标准在应用实践过程中其原理与方法日益显示出广泛适用性,将其引入高校教学质量控制,对于提高高校人才培养质量具有现实可行性。教育机构进行lSO9000国际质量标准体系认证的过程一般有3个步骤:第一步是咨询,包括建立质量体系和试运行;第二步是申请质量认证;第三步是质量认证中心进行现场审核。
The ISO9000 group quality attestation system is all international standards established by ISO/ TC176. Leading the ISO9000 quality attestation system into the school management can increase education quality, be of benefit to protect the legal rights of the education consumer and their participation in the international competition. It is realistically feasible to lead ISO9000 quality attestation system into the school management for increasing the high school teaching quality. The international quality in ISO9000 standard system attestation can be applied to the process of educational organization by 3 steps:The first is to consult, including establishing the quality system and making an pilot investigation:the second step is to apply for the quality attestation; the third step is to precede the on-the-spot verification.
