摘要 科学评价教师教学质量是做好高校教学工作的前提。现有教学质量评价方法只考虑了教师对教学质量的影响,忽略了其他因素对教学质量的影响,而且评价结果受评价主体的影响较大。为此我们建立了一个教、学、管三因素对教学质量综合作用的模型,定量地评价教师的教学质量,并可对管理、学风、学习基础等因素作出分析,以便能够采取针对性的措施,提高教学质量。 The scientific evaluation of teaching quality is a prerequisite for doing a good managing job in higher education. The current methods of evaluating teaching quality only involve the teachers' influence on teaching, brushing aside other factors and, moreover, the evaluation results are to a great extent affected by the evaluators. So a comprehensive model is established in this paper, in which teaching, learning, and management are taken into consideration in the process of assessment. Through this model, teaching quality can be evaluated quantatively and such factors as management, academic atmosphere and students' foundations for further studies can also be analyzed, thereby making it easier to improve teaching quality by taking some suitable measures.
