A lower bound on the minimum distance of Goppa codes

本文将有限域上的变换方法推广到了Goppa码中,得出了Goppa码中的变换公式,推得了关于这个变换的几条性质。利用这个变换,给出了达到Goppa码新的最小距离下界的定理。

In this paper a transform technique in finite fields is generalized to Goppa codes, a transform formula is obtained and a few properties of this transform are presented. The theorem which describes the new lower bound on the minimum distance of Goppa codes is given by use of this transform
