摘要
在政府的要求、民众的呼声和市场激烈竞争的促使下,我国国有医院医疗机构必须改进原有的运行模式和管理方法,绩效评价的改革无疑是其重要组成部分。文章对我国国有医院绩效评价的现状进行了解析,指出目前的问题主要是绩效反馈机制不健全,绩效政策不严密等。并针对这些问题提出了建立专业绩效考评队伍,进行工作分析,并在绩效评价中贯彻医院远景目标的对策。
Under the requirement of the state and the people and the hot market competition,the state-owned hospitals are asked to change their old operative patterns and management methods,in which the reform of the performance assessment will be an important component part.This paper analyzes the present situation of performance assessment in our state-owned hospitals,putting forward the current problems which are the lack of complete performance feedback mechanism and preformance policy.In order to solve these problems,the countermeasures are to organize professional team,job analysis and carry out the hospital's long term goal in performance assessment.
