摘要
隐私权是患者享有的一项重要的人格权。然而对患者隐私权涉及到的有关理论问题,实践中还存在着诸多模糊认识。结合医疗实践和法学理论,就患者的隐私、隐私权的概念、患者隐私的范围、隐私的特征、保护患者隐私权的重要意义以及我国法律对患者隐私的规定等问题作了较为详细的论述。
Privacy is the patients' important personality right.With medical practice and law theory,this paper states many questions about the right of the patients'privacy in detail. Such as the defination of the patients'privacy,the range of the patients' privacy,the feature of the patients' privacy,the significance of legislation to protect the patients' privacy and the regulations of the patients' privacy in China.
