Brief Discussion on the Management of Pathology Department in the Affiliated Hospitals

教学医院病理科除病理诊断外,还承担了教学和科研任务,文章结合医院的经验,从4个方面讨论了病理科的管理:(1)大学附属医院病理科的存在模式;(2)加强病理质量控制;(3)加强学科建设;(4)加强人才培养。

Teaching,reseatching and making pathological diagnosis are the basic tasks of the pathology department in the hospitals affiliated to college or university.On the base of our own experience,we had a brief discussion on the management of pathology department in affiliated hospitals in four aspects:(1)The existing model of pathology depatement;(2)Enchancing the quality control of clinical pathology;(3)The discipline construction of patholoth;(4)Enchancing the training of pathologist.
