摘要 对瓶装天然矿泉水作了贮存达6个月的微生物菌相的研究,发现随着贮存期的延长,微生物菌落总数呈下降状态。瓶装天然矿泉水中的主要优势菌是假单胞菌、微球菌和不动杆菌类。致病性的铜绿假单胞菌在贮存半年的一份样品中还能检测到。在三次检测中,相同生化类型的菌株出现很少。文中还对不同贮存期样品中的主要优势菌的生化类型的变化作了分析和讨论。 The bacteria of bottled natural mineral waters stored for 6 months were studied. The counts of bacteria decreased with extendng of the storage time. The major components of the bacteria were Pseudomonas, Micrococcus and Acinetohacter strains. The pathogenic P. aeruginosa was still detected in a sample stored for 6 months. Among three determinations at different storage time, few strains of the same biochemical types were found. The alterations of biochemical types of major bacteria in different periods of storage were also analysed and discussed.
