摘要
采用自制的0.25mm×30m×0.5μmPEG20M(聚乙二醇20000)高效石英毛细管色谱柱建立了苯、甲苯、间二甲苯和邻二甲苯的毛细管色谱分析方法。由于苯系物中含有与其沸点相近的非芳烃杂质干扰苯系物的分析,选用极性PEG20M毛细管色谱柱使芳烃的保留时间延长,烷烃的保留时间缩短,从而解决干扰问题,而且其中二甲苯的3种同分异构体也能达到基线分离。该法明显优于国家标准GB/T3144-82,具有分离效果好、分析速度快的优点。
A method has been developed for separation and determination of benzene, toluene, m-xylene and o-xylene using 0.25 mm×30 m×0.5 μm high efficiency quartz capillary column by ourselves with PEG-20M (polyethylene glycol-20000).In the benzene hydrocarbon there are some non-aromatic hydrocarbon impurities which will disturb the analytical resuer. If polar capillary column was preferred, the retention time of aromatic hydrocarbon delays greatly and that of non-aromatic hydrocarbon shortens. The three xylene isomers were separated clearly. This method is obviously surperior to the GB/T3144-82. The advantage of this method lies in its high speed and good separation.
