面对日益激烈的市场竞争,客户成为企业越来越重要的资源。阐述了企业建立CRM数据仓库的必要性,对传统的数据仓库技术的不足进行了分析,提出了基于Web的数据仓库技术,在此基础上给出了基于Web的企业CRM数据仓库的设计方案,最后通过数据转换、客户多维数据集的建立实现了基于Web的企业CRM数据仓库。

The necessasity that the enterprise builds the CRM data warehouse was discussed, the weakness of the traditional data warehouse was analyzed and the data warehouse based on Web was provided, then the scheme design of enterprise CRM data warehouse based on Web was given. At last, the scheme through DTS and building customer multidimensional data is realized.
