Language is a tool of communication. In language communication, colloquial language occupies an important position. Fluent spoken English, however, is a necessary condition of learning English well and an important sign of a person's English quality. This article probes into the major factors that influence the fluency of oral English. It also, from point of view of English phonetics , combing the author's teaching experience, puts forward the corresponding solutions.
