Intelligence, Behavior Problem and the Sensory Integration Dysfunction of the Children with Learning Difficulties

目的研究学习困难儿童与对照组儿童的智力、行为问题和感觉统合失调功能的差异,为心理咨询和制订干预措施提供依据方法用瑞文标准推理测验、Rutter儿童行为问卷和感觉统合评定量表对合肥市某小学学习困难和学习正常儿童各55名进行测评,比较2组儿童智力、行为问题和感觉统合功能的差异。结果学习困难组儿童知觉辨别能力、类同比较能力、比较推理能力、系列关系能力、抽象推理能力得分及智商均低于对照组儿童,而行为问题检出率高于对照组儿童;学习困难组儿童前庭失衡、触觉过分防御、本体感失调、学习能力发展不足等感觉统合失调检出率均高于对照组儿童,差异有统计学意义。结论学习困难儿童推理能力低于正常儿童,而行为问题。

Objective To study the differences in intelligence, behavior problem and the sensory integration dysfunction of children with learning dif-ficulties(LD) and the normal children. Methods The 55 children with Ld and 55 cases normal control chose from a primary school in Hefei were measured by using Raven's Standard Progressive Matrices, Rutter's Child Behavior Checklist and a questionnaire on sensory integration dysfunction. Then their intelligence, behavior problems and sensory integration were compared with two groups. Results The abilities of cognition discerning, analogical comparison, comparative inference,serial relationship,abstract inference and IQ among LD children were lower than those of the controlled group. Prevalence of behavioral problem ainong LD children was higher than that among normal children. In addition, prevalence of sensory integration dysfunction (SID) inclusive vestibule disequilibrium, touch defense excessively,proprioceptive sense maladjustment,and under-development of learning ability among the LD childern was higher than that among the contrastive group, still more, the difference between the two groups had statistical significance. Conclusion ITie children with LD, whose ability of inference,behavior problem,ablilty of SID are worse than the normal control.
