摘要
阐述信息咨询企业对信息资源、咨询产品及客户服务三个方面的价值取向;探讨对咨询企业应具备服务创新、服务规范化与控制、客户沟通、合作竞争等理念的认识以及客观求实、诚信守秘、社会责任等服务伦理问题。
In this paper it is believed that three respects may play an impm'tant role in a successful consulting service, which are in-formation resources from various channels, consuhing services provided tot clients and the consulting products that meet the clients re-quirements. In addition, it is thought that a successful information consulting also depends on the sense of service innovation, servicestandardization, and good communication with customel~ and collaboration with competitive partners in the consulting field. At last,moral and ethical issues in the consulting services are discussed in this paper as well.
