摘要
在介绍图书馆馆藏资源建设现状和数字资源评估的意义的基础上,对国內外数字资源评估研究进行调研,并着重介绍美国研究图书馆学会开展的“电子资源计量”项目(E-metrics);从数字资源的基本情况、数字资源的价格、数字资源的服务及使用几个方面考虑,提出数字资源评估指标体系的建设方案;指出数字资源利用统计是数字资源评估的基础,应定期做好这一工作。
Based on the investigation of the evaluation index system of digital resources, this paper introduces ARL E-Metrics pro-ject. For digital resources in the aspects of content, search function, price, ,serving and usage, a general outline of evaluation indexsystem is put forward in this paper, and it is thought that the usage statistics of database is the foundation tbr evaluating digital re-sources.
