As one of the basic abilities in the modern society, the ability of information is an important part in the information education system. The environment of the network has changed the traditional intelligence activity, and the traditional education key elements, such as teachers, students, educational content, means, assessment as well as educational environment, have far been the same as they were. In this paper a three-dimension model is put forward for the education of information literacy. Then it explains in detail how the model is structurally formed and the education elements mentioned above will be realized under the networked environment.
