At the very beginning, this paper explains the meaning of the third party consulting. Then the paper shows that it is necessary for the third party consulting to play a role in the course of enterprise informationization. In addition, schemes of enterprise-oriented third party information consulting service are discussed from management consulting, informationization programming, employee training, bid selecting, surveying, evaluating, and subsequent program maintaining.
