摘要
该文针对流程企业普遍存在的分析检测数据传递滞后、准确性不够,严重影响生产效率和管理水平的现状,设计了一种基于Java平台和B/S(浏览器/服务器)模型的分析检测数据管理系统,满足分布式环境和跨平台的数据处理和传输应用要求。考虑到系统的易维护性和易扩展性,采用了先进的MVC(Model-View-Controller)模式,同时采用高性能的图形、报表处理模块及多种优化策略提高数据处理速度。该系统具有优越的系统性能:速度快,在300人同时浏览的负载情况下,页面的响应时间不超过200ms,长时间跨度的查询及报表生成不超过10s;准确性高,使用专业公式计算模块,精确到用户指定精度;使用灵活,用户可以自定义各种系统参数、报表及图表外观等;安全,通过数据库级和系统级两级安全措施保证系统数据完整安全,同时系统也具有友好的人机界面、良好的可维护性和可扩展性,较好解决了实际生产中信息传递不畅的突出问题,一定程度上提高了企业的生产效率和管理水平。
In most flow industry plants,assaying data cannot be transferred on time and accurately,which lowers production and management efficiency.In order to solve this problem,an assaying data management system based on Java platform and B/S(Browser/Server) model is developed for the alumina process.The system meets requirements of data processing and transferring in distributed and cross-platform environment.To reinforce system's maintainability and expandability,this paper adopts the MVC pattern.High performance graph and report processing modules and optimization strategies are also included to enhance data processing ability.The system is with high performance:responding time for normal web page is less than 200ms when there are 300 users simultaneous,long time span querying and report disposing can be accomplished in time less than 10s,a professional formula disposing module can make results have user-defined accuracy,users are permitted to config system parameters and appearance of reports and charts,database and system level security measures are taken to protect data from losing and destroying.The system also has friendly user interface and good maintainability and expandability,which can improve plants' production and management efficiency,and solve the above problems successfully.
