摘要
本研究通过对110米栏世界记录保持者科林杰克逊在2002年斯洛文尼亚Velenje的比赛中第四栏和第五栏过栏技术的三雏运动生物力学分析,得到了最佳过栏技术模型的一些重要参数。研究结果显示,高效的过栏技术由起跨时的身体重心水平速度;起跨时的身体重心高度;摆动腿膝关节的摆动速度;腾空时间;过栏时尽可能小的身体重心水平速度损失;着地时尽可能高的身体重心;尽可能短的着地时间;过栏和栏间跑过程中身体重心、头、肩和髋尽可能小的上下波动所决定。对科林杰克逊这些过栏技术参数的分析和讨论具有很高的理论和实践价值。
By a 3-D biological kinetic analysis of the hurdle clearance techniques during the 4th and 5th hurdles in the race at the 2002 Meet in Velenje-Slovenia run by Colin Jackson,the 110m hurdle's the world record holder, some important parameters indicating the best model of hurdle clearance techniques are obtained. The study shows efficient hurdle clearance depends on the horizontal velocity of the CM during the take-off in front of the Hurdle, the height of the CM during the take-off;the velocity of the knee swing of the swinging leg,the flight phase,the smallest possible loss of speed in the horizontal velocity of the CM during hurdle clearances high position of the CM at landing, a short contact with land in the landing phase, and the smallest possible vertical oscillations of the CM for head, shoulders, and hips before, during and after hurdle clearance. It is highly valuable in theory and practice to analyze and discuss these parameters regarding Jackson's hurdle clearance techniques.
