摘要
介绍了一种基于工业控制计算机的试验变压器绝缘试验控制系统的硬件结构和软件设计思想,着重论述了试验电压测量和试品闪络保护。应用该系统,高压电气设备绝缘的耐压、击穿、局部放电等试验都可按照试验规程或用户初始化设定自动完成。实际运行结果表明,该系统操作方便,运行可靠,效率高,测量结果准确。
In this paper, a power frequency insulation testing system with industrial computer-based control is presented, measurement and protection is also introduced. The whole testing process of power frequency withstanding voltage, breakdown and partial discharge experiment for high voltage electrical apparatus can been automatically performed according to the testing criterion or the initialization defined by a user. The hardware configuration and software design of the system are presented, and the testing voltage measurement and the flashover protection of tested apparatus are mainly described. The control system has been used successfully on site several years.
