摘要 以XLPE电缆为绕组的新型变压器和电机所用交联聚乙烯电缆没有金属回流层,其外部只有一层半导电层,为了解其电特性,测量了长351和103cm的两段XLPE电缆从0(直流)至2MHz交流下的电阻率、阻抗、电容,结果表明:外半导电层电阻率约0.095Ωm,单位长电容40pF/m,在试验频率(<20MHz)范围内变化不大。 XLPE cable is used in power system widely because of many particular characteristics. In recent years new type transformer and motor of XLPE cable winding are appearing. Because of no copper shield, there is only outer semiconducting layer outside, it is very necessary to study the electrical characteristics of outer semiconducting layer of XLPE cable in details. In this paper, according to experiment research and analysis of the outer semiconducting layer of XLPE cable, the electrical characteristics of the outer semiconducting layer under DC and AC (under 2 MHz) is obtained. It provides a theoretical basic for the research of transient characteristics of XLPE cable windings.
