摘要
使用红外光谱和能谱的分析技术及电缆绝缘层微孔和杂质的分析方法,分析了一段110kVXLPE电缆绝缘中一微小黑色颗粒的材料性质,并评定了该段电缆绝缘层的微孔和杂质水平。研究认为该微小黑点为电缆绝缘料在挤出过程中产生的炭化微粒,尺寸未超过国家标准要求,该段电缆绝缘层的微孔和杂质水平合格。
In order to analyze a black particle found in the insulation of a 110 kV XLPE cable and to evaluate the number of the void and contaminant in the insulation of this cable, Infrared spectral analysis and energy dispersive X-ray analysis technology as well as the method of void and contaminant analysis are applied. The results show that this black particle is a carbonization particle that is produced during the process of insulation extrusion, and the number of void and contaminant in this cable meets the requirement of standard.
