文章基于第三部门的特点,分析了其财务管理所特有的问题,并指出要解决这些问题,第三部门财务管理必须做到适当企业化,协调支出结构,提高自营收入比重,进行适当的市场化筹资和提高财务透明度。

This paper mainly discuss the special f inancial problems of the third sector based on the analysis of its extraordinary characters. In order to resolve these problems, the third sector must harmonize its payout structure, enhance the self-work income proportion, finance from mar ker appropriately and heighten the transparence of financial affairs.
