3041例小儿呼吸道感染血清4种病原特异性IgM抗体检测 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨深圳地区儿童呼吸道感染肺炎支原体(MP)、腺病毒(ADV)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)和副流感病毒(PIV)4种病原的感染情况。方法:用ELISA法检测血清上述四种病原特异性IgM抗体。结果:MP、ADV和RSV在深圳地区小儿呼吸道感染性疾病中有较高的检出率,依次MP-IgM(18.51%)﹑ADV-IgM(13.65%)、RSV-IgM(7.30%)及PIV-IgM(3.19%),随年龄增长4种病原特异性抗体阳性检出率增加。在3 ̄6岁年龄段,喘息性呼吸道感染MP和ADV血清特异性IgM抗体阳性检出率明显高于非喘息性呼吸道感染。下呼吸道感染患儿的交叉感染阳性检出率略高于上呼吸道感染。结论:深圳地区儿童呼吸道感染以MP、ADV占较高比例,常规进行上述四种病原血清特异性IgM抗体检测有助于临床医生合理用药。 Objective: To clarify the etiology of Mycoplasma pneumonia (MP), adenovirus(ADV), respiratory syncytialvirus (RSV) and parainfluenza virus(PIV) of acute respiratory tract infections(ARTI) in the children of Shenzhen districts. Methods: Specific IgM of MP, ADV, RSV and PIV with Enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay(ELISA) were detected. Results: The higher evidence of specific IgM was obtained in 3 041 children of acute respiratory tract infections in this district. MP-IgM was found in 563 cases (18.51%), ADV-IgM in 415 cases (13.65%), RSV-IgM in 222 cases (7.30%) and PIV-IgM in 119 cases (3.19%). When children grew, four specific IgM of ARTI became higher. The children of ARTI with whoop were found higher in four specific IgM. Conclusion: The MP and ADV infection were higher in children with ARTI in this district. It is very useful for doctors selecting efficient drugs to detect four specific IgM in routine test in the children with ARTI.
