摘要
研究了供应商参与下新产品部件设计方案的选择问题。通过引进综合表现度的概念来表征部件设计方案对成形产品顾客满意度的贡献。基于模糊综合评判、综合供应商的评价等级及备选方案的表现度, 确定各设计方案的综合表现度。基于质量功能配置思想,建立了产品规划和部件规划质量屋。利用质量屋的信息和部件设计方案的综合表现度,建立了供应商参与下部件设计方案选择的组合优化模型。该模型考虑设计制造企业的成本约束,以产品部件组合方案的综合表现度最大为目标。以液晶显示器为实例,说明了模型的应用。
Parts design scheme selection for supplier involved new product development was studied. The concept of integrated performance indicator was introduced as a performance measure of design scheme to reveal contribution of parts design scheme to total customers' satisfaction with product. Taking the roles of suppliers and fuzzy synthesis evaluation into consideration, integrated performance indicator was determined by aggregating evaluation class of its supplier and the standby design scheme. Based on the principles of Quality Function Deployment (QFD), the quality houses of product planning and parts planning were established. A 0-1 integer linear programming model for parts design scheme selection was developed based on the information generated in the product planning and part planning House of Quality(HoQ) and the integrated performance indicator. The model aimed to maximize the weighted sum of integrated performance indicator while taking into consideration of the design resource constraints and financial factors as well as information from competitors. A case study of development of LCD in a company was provided to illustrate the application of the model.
