摘要
应用威廉姆森成本交易理论,分析了间续式双边规制的虚拟企业战略行为关系特征,建立了在强契约和弱契约两类约束下的契约关系模型。基于图论,引入三元组概念,描述了虚拟企业系统内部动态契约关系,构建了基于核心团队和合作对象库的关系模式。采用置换矩阵,验证了契约关系模型理论构建与现实运作间的关联关系及系统的同构性。应用弧集合证明了传递闭包在契约关系模型中的核心作用,论证了虚拟企业系统中的过程递归规律及映射规则。最后,以某大型企业产品供应链为例,阐述了该契约关系的协调策略、模型的实际构建及运行过程。
Using Williamson's transaction-cost theory, the characteristics of virtual enterprise strategic behavior relationship under inconsistent bilateral regulations were analyzed. The contractual relationship model restricted by both strong contract and week contract was built. Based on graph theory, triple concept was introduced to describe the dynamic contractual relationship within virtual enterprise system, and a relationship schema based on core-teamandcooperation-objectlibrary was constructed. Applying permutation matrix, the association and the system isomorphism between contractual relationship modeling in theory and its operation in practice were verified. By applying the set of arc, the key role the transitive closure played in contractual relationship model was proved, and the recursive and reflective rules in virtual enterprise system were validated. At last, some product supply chain was presented as an example to illustrate the collaboration policy in contractual relationship, its model's actual construction and its operation process.
