七大精神的当代昭示——中共七大召开60周年之际关于构建社会主义和谐社会的几点思考

The Contemporary Revelations of the Spirit of the People’s Congress Council Ⅶ ——Some Thinking on Constructing Harmonic Society on the 60^(th) Anniversary of the Party’s Council Ⅶ

60年前召开的党的第七次全国代表大会对于今天中国社会主义和谐社会的建构具有重要而深刻的现实意义。毛泽东等中央领导在七大上的报告和讲话不仅指引着民主革命发展的基本方向,而且对社会主义社会初级阶段的现代化建设也大有裨益。农民、工人仍然应当成为建构社会主义和谐社会的主力军。社会主义和谐社会的建构不会是一蹴而就的。为此,在这一建构进程中必须在政策、制度、运行机制和具体机制、程序上形成合力,最终要以人民群众满意不满意作为和谐社会是否建立的衡量标准。

The Party’s Council Ⅶ held 60 years ago has essential and profound meanings to the construction of today’s harmonic society of China socialism. The talks and reports of the central government leaders, such as MAO Ze-dong, etc, not only pointed out the basic direction of democracy revolution, but besteads greatly the modernizations in the primary phase of a socialism society. Farmers and workers are still the main force in constructing a harmonic socialism society, which cannot be accomplished in an action. Thus, the course must compose various forces of policy, system, function system and concrete system and procedure with the measuring criteria of the satisfaction and dissatisfaction of the people.
