To constantly improve the ability of constructing harmonized socialist society, it is important to improve the following abilities of CPC: the ability of improving the creational energy of the whole society, the ability of correctly handling the disputes between people to harmonize the benefits of various aspects, the ability of constantly improving and perfecting the management system of the whole society, the ability of safeguarding social stability and the ability of doing people’s work well.
