摘要
软氮化后重新加热淬火的复合热处理方法,可以使钢制零件表层形成一种能承受高载荷的硬化层。本文着重研究:中碳合金氮化钢.38CrMoAl,进行软氮化处理后重新加热淬火,其硬化层显微组织与性能的变化。
A layer of hard sheet on the surface of steel parts can be built up by a combined heat-treatment process in which materials are reheated and quenched after nitrocarburizing treatment.In this paper,the alternation of mechanical properties and microstructures of the hardened surface was studied after the treatment of medium-car- bon nitroalloy 38CrMoAl.
