摘要
【目的】建立脑宁片中氨基比林和咖啡因的系数倍率测定法。【方法】用BASIC语言编制程序选择最佳测定波长对,以消除二组分的相互干扰,不经提取分离同时测定脑宁片中二组分的含量。【结果】氨基比林和咖啡因的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为98.58%,0.79%和101.3%,0.86%。【结论】该方法简便、快速、结果准确,可用于脑宁片的含量测定。
【Objective】To establish coefficient multiplying ratio spectrophotometry for determination of pyramidon andcaffeinein naoning tablet .【Methods】To eli minate interference of ingredients , the program was edited by BASIC forthe best wavelength pair , pyramidon and caffeine in naoning tablet were determined without any preli minary separation.【Results】The average recoveries and relative standard deviations of pyramidon and caffeine were 98.58 %, 0.79 %and101.3 %, 0.86 %, respectively .【Conclusion】The method was si mple , rapid , accurate and precise , which can beused for determination of naoning tablet .
