免疫比浊法检测糖化血红蛋白的应用评价

The evaluation of immunoturbidimetric assay of hemoglobin Alc

【目的】探讨免疫比浊法检测糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)的应用价值。【方法】应用免疫透射比浊法和高效液相色谱法分别测定糖尿病者(20名)及健康人(20名)的HbAlc水平,比较两种方法的相关性并进行不精密度分析。【结果】两种检测方法的结果呈显著相关性(r=0.98,P<0.05),不精密度分析显示免疫比浊法的CV<5%。【结论】运用免疫比浊法检测HbAlc完全能够满足临床需求,且标本处理简便,不需额外的仪器,体现了良好的应用前景。

ObjectiveTo evaluation the value of immunoturbidimetric assay of hemoglobin Alc.MethodsTo Detect the levels of HbAlc from the patients(n=20) with diabetes and normal adults(n=20) by immunoturbidimetric assay and high performance liquid chromatography,the relativity of the results were compared and evaluated.ResultsThe results showed significant correlation between immunoturbidimetric assay and HPLC(r=0.98,P<0.05),the CV of immunoturbidimetric assay was under 5%.ConclusionThe application of immunoturbidimetric assay of HbAlc is satisfied,simple and without extra equipment,the method can be well used.
