烧伤并发肺功能衰竭26例分析

Analysis of 26 cases of burn with lung failure

【目的】了解烧伤并发肺功能衰竭的原因及防治措施。【方法】对我院26例烧伤并发肺功能衰竭的患者进行回顾性调查分析。【结果】休克没有得到及时有效的复苏;吸入性损伤没有得到及时的诊断和治疗,创面没有及时有效处理而感染是诱发肺衰竭的重要因素。【结论】大面积烧伤患者肺功能衰竭的预防主要有:(1)详细了解病史;(2)早期建立人工气道及加强气管切开的护理;(3)早期应用广谱抗生素;(4)早期胃肠道营养减少胃粘膜损伤;(5)加强静脉导管护理,防止败血症发生;(6)预防肺水肿的发生及加强肺水肿及感染的治疗。

ObjectiveTo identify the reason and prevention and cure measure of lung failure in patients with burns.MethodsA retrospective investigation of 26 patients with burn accompanied lung failure was done.ResultsShock did not get the valid recovery on time,inhalationhurt did not get cure on time,and creates have no vatility handle on time but infect with is an exhausted and important factor of lung failure.ConclusionTo prevent lung failure of patients with burns should do as follow:(1)Identify the history;(2) Establish the artificial airway earlier and enhancing the windpipe cut opening;(3)Apply advanced antibiotics earlier;(4)Give nour ishment by stomach and intestines way toreduce the hurt of stomach and intectines membrane;(5)Enhancing nursing of vein tube;(6)Enhancing the control of pulmonary edema and infection.
