摘要
[目的]研究建立复方益康宁片中盐酸普鲁卡因和维生素B6的多波长直线回归测定法.[方法]选择226.2~292.7 nm为测定波长区间;采用计算机多波长直线回归法程序进行计算;不经提取分离直接测定盐酸普鲁卡因和维生素B6的含量.[结果]盐酸普鲁卡因和维生素B-6在5.0~50.0 μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,相关系数分别为r=0.9992和r=0.9991.盐酸普鲁卡因和维生素B6的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为100.2%,0.39%和100.3%,1.48%.[结论]该方法简便、快速、重现性好,结果满意.
ObjectiveTo determine the contents of procaine hydrochloride and vitamin B_6 in compound Yikangning tablets using a multi-wavelength linear regression spectrophotometry.MethodsThe wavelengths at 226.2292.7 nm were selected as the measuring wavelengths range;it was applied that program of multi-wavelength linear regression spectrophotometry;the method was applied for the direct determination of procaine hydrochloride and vitamin B_6 in compound Yikangning tablets without any preliminary separation.ResultsThe linearity of the procaine hydrochloride and vitamin B_6 was obtained in the range of 5.050.0 μg/ml and giving a correlation coefficient value of 0.9992 and 0.9991,respectively.The average recoveries and relative standard deviations of procaine hydrochloride and vitamin B_6 were 100.2%,0.39% and 100.3%,1.48%,respectively.ConclusionThe method was simple,rapid and reproducible,the interference of two componets on eath other may be eliminated and the results were satisfactory.
