摘要
介绍激光加热时钢的组织转变特点,着重综述了高速钢的原始组织、激光加热参数、后续热处理对激光硬化层组织与性能的影响,指出高速钢激光热处理是具有良好强化效果和广阔应用前景的表面强化工艺。
This paper introduces characteristics of structure transformation of steel in the course of laser heating,summarizes the effects of prior structure of high speed steel,laser heating parameters,after heat treatment on laser hardened struc- ture and its properties,points out that laser heat treatment of high speed steel is an effective surface strengthening process with good strengthening results and broad prospects for application.
